Mica electric coil heater use stainless steel and mica as raw materials, in the production is not limited by size specifications, can be done either with a small size nozzle heating, and can be used for heating the plastic on the machine barrel. Stainless steel mica electric coil heater use 0.3 ~ 0.5mm stainless steel plate as the shell, in the middle use high insulation and high temperature resistance mica plate as the core, even around to various standard nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire as heating element, by forming machine processed into various required shapes. Can be based on user needs wiring, voltage 12-440V, the maximum power load per square 3.5W-12W. The outer surface to increase heat insulation device, within the thermal infrared surface sintering this can save electricity by 35%. 1, Working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated value.
